Welcome to POSTfeed! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the POSTfeed services offered by CRAFTalytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including services provided to Brands and Retailers. By subscribing to or using POSTfeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
• POSTfeed: A social media automation service provided by CRAFTalytics that facilitates the sharing of content between Brands and their independent Retailers.
• Brand: A company that creates original content to be shared by Retailers on their social media pages.
• Retailer: An independent business that subscribes to POSTfeed to automatically publish content from Brands to its own social media pages.
• Content: Includes text, images, video, and other media made available via POSTfeed.

2. Services Provided
POSTfeed provides:
• Automated sharing of Brand content to Retailer social media pages.
• AI-generated captions tailored to each Retailer.
• Analytics and engagement tracking through a centralized dashboard.

3. Subscription and Payment
• Brands and Retailers must subscribe to a POSTfeed package. Pricing and features vary by package and will be outlined during the onboarding process.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Zoho Billing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities
• Brands retain full ownership of their content but grant CRAFTalytics and participating Retailers a license to distribute and publish it via the POSTfeed platform.
• Retailers agree to allow POSTfeed to publish Brand content on their social media pages.
• CRAFTalytics is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Brand content.

5. AI-Generated Captions
• AI-generated captions are produced based on prompts and retailer information.
• While AI aims to create relevant and engaging content, users are responsible for reviewing captions after publication if they wish to edit or remove them.

6. Cancellation and Termination
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by email to [email protected].
• No refunds will be issued for partial months.
• CRAFTalytics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

7. Data Privacy
• We respect your privacy. Data collected through POSTfeed is used only to deliver and improve the service.

8. Limitation of Liability
• POSTfeed is provided “as is.” CRAFTalytics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

• CRAFTalytics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
